Medical Coverage:
Years 2-5: medical coverage premiums covered at 75% (base plan, employee only)
Years 5 and over: medical coverage premiums covered 100% (base plan, employee only)
Paid Time Off:
Year 1: 40 hours
Years 2-4: 80 hours
Years 5 and over: 120 hours

Eligible to participate on the 1st day of the 1st quarter after your 1-year anniversary date.
