As you begin your employment with MOE, it's important that we highlight some of the company benefits available once your introductory 90 days with the company are completed!

In addition to the above, at the following service anniversaries, your benefits will be enhanced as follows:

Medical Coverage:

Years 2-5: medical coverage premiums covered at 75% (base plan, employee only)

Years 5 and over: medical coverage premiums covered 100% (base plan, employee only)

Paid Time Off:

Year 1: 40 hours

Years 2-4: 80 hours

Years 5 and over: 120 hours

Eligible to participate on the 1st day of the 1st quarter after your 1-year anniversary date.
