Standard Replacement:
MOE will send a certified technician to your location before copier transport. The tech will remove the old HD, and replace with a new one. After the new HD is installed and formatted, the tech will personally hand the old HD to the customer.
Premium Replacement:
MOE will send a certified technician to your location before copier transport. The tech will remove and replace the hard-drive with a new one. The old HD can then be shipped to our servicing agency where it will be destroyed. The customer will receive a Certificate of Destruction. This certificate will serve as a guarantee that the hard drive and any contained was destroyed.
