- What is the packaging process?
- MOE is a blanket wrapped carrier specializing in copier shipment. Once the driver loads the unit unto the truck, he will pad, strap, and blanket wrap the copier for safe transport.
- How will my shipment be insured?
- When you receive a quote for one of our reps, it will include; packaging, fuel, and insurance for the amount listed on the return instructions provided by the leasing company. This insures your shipment is covered for any physical damages during transport.
- How will I know the copier was delivered?
- Once the copier is loaded the driver will have the pickup contact sign off on our bill of lading, this is the same for delivery. Once the paperwork is received in our office, we will send the proof of delivery for your records.
