In addition to the above, at the following service anniversaries, your benefits will be enhanced as follows:

Medical Coverage:


  • Years 2-5: medical coverage premiums covered at 75% (base plan, employee only)
  • Years 5 and over: medical coverage premiums covered 100% (base plan, employee only


Paid Time Off: 


  • Years 1-2: 40 hours
  • Years 3-5: 80 hours
  • Years 5 and over: 120 hours

  • Company matches up to 3%
  • Eligible to participate on the 1st day of the 1st quarter after your 1-year anniversary date.
